The person concerned are entitled to request, any time, the modification of the structures regulated from this report through the exercise of the rights in the following paragraph.
DATA SUBJECTS' RIGHTS
The person concerned can exercise the rights referred to clauses 16 (Right of rectification), 17 (right of cancellation), 18 (right of restriction of processing), 19 (right to obtain the notification from the controller if data are rectified or deleted), 20 (right of portability), 21 (right of object) and 22 (right to refuse the automated process) of the European Regulation 679/16.
We inform that the exercise of the rights of the person concerned from the above clauses, such as the right of cancellation or objection, are connected to the tax legislation.
