A series of experiences that allow you to learn about traditions, flavors, and culture.

Cooking classes are held in the historic Granoteca area, where wheat and various seeds are stone-ground.

Here we prepare a 3-course menu together with the Eremo chef.

The class lasts 2-3 hours and is for a minimum of 2 people.

You can choose between a vegetarian, meat, or fish menu.

The experience ends with a tasting of the dishes, which also includes a glass of wine pairing.
