Each Junior Suite at Eremo della Giubiliana is different — like the stories it holds. These are spacious rooms, around 50 m², where time seems to have stood still: stone floors, cross vaults, rock walls, and family furnishings bring back to life the memory of the ancient settlement of the Teutonic Knights.
From the windows, the view opens onto the courtyard or the Hyblean Mountains, across stretches of carob trees and the faint lines of the sea on the horizon. Some rooms feature a whirlpool bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day spent among the wonders of the Val di Noto.
