The Suites of Eremo della Giubiliana, ranging from 40 to 75 m², are spacious rooms rich in character. Some feature cross vaults with fifteenth-century capitals, others exposed wooden beams and stone walls — all in harmony with period furniture and family heirlooms.
The inward-facing views over the courtyards evoke intimacy and quiet; some suites boast large terraces offering a 360° panorama over the Hyblean Mountains, the coastline, and — on clear days — as far as Malta. The private bathrooms include either bathtub or shower, and some with whirlpool tubs, for a comfort that completes the experience.
